1. CONFIRMATION VOUCHER WILL BE ISSUE WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS.
2. CAR DETAIL WILL BE GIVEN 1 DAY PRIOR TO TRAVEL START.
3. WE HAVE WELL KNOWN/PERFORMED AND EXPERIENCED DRIVER
4. ANY ISSUE RELATED DRIVER WILL BE SORTED OUT IN SAME DAY.
5. IF YOU ARE PAYING FOR THOSE WHICH IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUND IN 3 TO 5 WORKING
AC WILL BE SWITCHED OFF ON HILL.
6. VERIFY VOUCHERS AND MAKE IT CORRECT IF WRONG UPDATED WITHIN 2 DAYS.
7. 5 OR BELOW 5 YEAR CHILD IS COMPLIMENTARY
8. ANY HOTEL CHANGES AFTER BOOKING DEPENDS ON HOTEL CANCELATION POLICY.
9. EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECKOUT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
10. IN CASE OF DUE TO NATURE CALAMITY BOOKING IS BEING CANCELLED FROM YOUR SIDE OR OUR SIDE THERE WOULD BE CANCELATION POLICY APPLICABLE.
11. WE WILL GIVE SIMILAR HOTEL OPTION IN CASE OF HOTEL IS SOLD OUT/PRICE ISSUE/CONTRACTION/CONTRACTING ISSUE/ETC.
12. IF FLIGHT FARE GETS INCREASE THEN CUSTOMER WILL PAY DIFFERENCE AMOUNT.
13. IF CUSTOMER IS NOT READY TO PAY EXTRA DIFFERENCE AMOUNT THEN WE HAVE A RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AS PER THE CANCELLATION CHARGES APPLICABLE.
14. IF CUSTOMER IS NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE PAYMENT ON DUE DATE THE 3 DAYS OF GRACE PERIOD IS GIVEN AFTER THAT 1000/- AS A LATE FEE PER DAY IS CHARGEABLE.
15. ESCAPE FROM LATE PAYMENT FEE, KINDLY INFORM THE AGENT BEFORE AND TAKE IT ON WRITTEN
IF GUEST PAYMENT DUE DATE IS ON ARRIVAL AND HE/SHE IS FAILED TO PAY THEN NEXT DAY BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
16.INCASE CASE OF YOU ARE NOT FOLLOWING THE BOOKED ITINERARY THEN YOU NEED TO PAY FOR SAME.
17. ANY HOTEL WILL NOT BE CHANGED DURING THE TRAVEL/WE CAN GIVE OTHER HOTELS BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SAME.
18. GALA DINNER IS MANDATORY CHARGEABLE FROM HOTELIER DIRECT ON 24DEC AND 31DEC
SWIFT DESIRE/ETIOS IS GIVEN ON SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
19. IN CASE OF CAB BREAKS DOWN THE YOU NEED TO WAIT TILL ITS SORTED OUT. IF IT IS TAKING MORE TIME THEN WILL PAY FOR SIGHTSEEING AFTER VERIFIED PAID RECEIPT.
20. IF ANY CHANGES HAPPENING DURING THE TRIP WE WILL CHARGES YOU 2000/- FOR CONVENIENT FEE AND CHANGED CHARGES.
21. IF ANY AGENT IS COMMITTING YOU ON PHONE KINDLY TAKE IT IN WRITTEN.
22. WE WILL GIVE SAME INCLUSION MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGE.
23. BLACKBUCK HOLIDAYS HAS RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING IF PICKED ON WRONG COSTING/WE WILL INFORM TO CUSTOMER PRIOR AND IF CUSTOMER IS NOT TELLING THE DECISION IN 3 DAYS THE WE WILL CHARGE AS PER THE CANCELATION.
24. BLACKBUCK HOLIDAYS HAS TRIP4TRAVEL , CLEARTRIP.COM AND GOIBIBO LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD.
25. THE AMOUNT PAID FOR ROOMS DOES NOT INCLUDE (MINIBAR, SNACKS AND ETC.)
26. ROOMS’ NUMBER AND MEALS MENU IS NOT PREDEFINED.
27. LATE NIGHT DROP AT HOTEL AND EARLY MORNING PICK UP COULD BE UNCOMFORTABLE FOR DRIVER IF SIGHTSEEING ARE MISSING WE WILL NOT PAY SAME.
28. SIGHTSEEING WILL BE DONE AS PER THE ITINERARY AND MAXIMUM SIGHTSEEING DEPENDS ON TIME ALLOW.
29. TAKE THE DRIVER SERVICE FOR DINNER LATE EVENING DEPENDS ON DRIVER.
30. IN CASE OF PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL IS NOT DEPOSITED THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED.
